does biotin make cause sleepyness and how long untill it starts to work?

I have been taking biotin pills and using shampoo &conditioner for hair growth. I was wondering if it causes sleepyness because since ive started talking it i have been drowsy. Also how long untill you see results?

Is it safe to start off with a 5000mcg biotin vitamin before takeing a lower dose?

i was just wondering if it is safe to start off with a 5000mcg biotin vitamin right off the back. Cuz i read in a answer that 5000 is a good amount daily for hair growth. havnt really ever taken a biotin supplement.i have foudn a 5000mcg pill and a 2500. just wodnering THX!

Can you use liquid biotin on your scalp to increase hair growth?

I am currently taken biotin supplements (pills) to help increase my hair growth. But I have started noticing that in a lot of shampoos, conditioners, and other beauty products that claim to increase hair growth, biotin is a major ingredient. So I wanted to know if i could use liquid biotin supplements directly on my scalp to possibly increase hair growth. Thanks!

I am taking biotin 2 times a day, each with 5000 mcgs so a total of 10000 mcgs. I just wanted to know how long it takes to see results in hair growth?
